2. Delivery Policy

  • We offer local flower delivery within specified areas. Delivery availability and fees are outlined at checkout.
  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Incorrect details may result in delivery delays or fees.

3. Product Substitutions

  • Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers or containers may be substituted with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the style and overall aesthetic of the arrangement.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to contact you regarding significant changes to your order.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time will receive a full refund. Unless otherwise stated on a specific contract.
  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation may have already begun.

5. Use of Our Website

  • You agree not to misuse this website or its content.

6. Limitation of Liability
