Shipping Policy

At Riverside Flower Studio, we’re committed to delivering your floral arrangements with care and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle deliveries.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery to the following areas:
Diamond Bar, Chino, Chino Hills, Eastvale, Corona, Jurupa, Riverside, Temecula

2. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Available Monday to Saturday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) can be delivered next-day, subject to availability.

  • No Sunday Delivery.

We do our best to accommodate specific delivery time requests but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Local delivery fees range from $10 to $20, depending on distance from our studio.

  • Free delivery may be available for orders over $50.00.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. Recipient Availability

Please ensure the recipient is available at the time of delivery. If no one is home, our driver will:

  • Leave the arrangement in a safe place (weather permitting) or

  • Contact the recipient if a number is provided.

We are not responsible for delays or damage due to incorrect delivery information or absence of the recipient.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Inclement Weather & Delays

We will notify you as soon as possible if a weather event or unexpected delay affects your delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority.
